The National Energy and Utilities Regulatory Commission updated Transmission System Code, Distribution Systems Code and related methodologies to introduce flexible grid connections, separate withdrawal/supply capacity, expanded multi-installation connections at single points (cable pooling), and clearer rights for energy storage operators. Changes take effect 1 September 2026 and implement Law No. 4777-IX.
