NEURC has specified that electricity from household PV systems ≤30 kW qualifies for the green tariff only during set hours: 04:00–23:00 (1 Apr–31 Oct) and 06:00–21:00 (1 Nov–31 Mar). Output outside these periods is purchased by universal service suppliers at hourly day-ahead market prices.
