NEURC Clarifies Green Tariff Hours for Household PV to Curb Battery Arbitrage

On 11 August 2026 NEURC (resolution No. 1360) amended retail market rules specifying that household PV ≤30 kW receives green tariff only during 04:00–23:00 (Apr–Oct) and 06:00–21:00 (Nov–Mar). Output outside these hours is settled at hourly DAM prices. Volume per hour cannot exceed contracted capacity. The change targets prevention of battery storage being used to claim FiT outside solar production windows.
